Big Face Coffee and Square partnered to open a pop-up on Mission Street in San Francisco. I worked on the motion graphics for this project. We wanted an introductory drone shot, but due to budget and time constraints, we couldn't shoot one. Instead, I used AI to create a drone shot using an image from one of our artists.

I developed a new workflow to generate AI-powered storyboards with greater consistency across frames—a major challenge when creating visual narratives. In previous projects, variations in the main character’s appearance and style made it difficult to present a clear, cohesive story to stakeholders.
This solution makes the process both flexible and powerful. By swapping out the style or character nodes, users can instantly change the visual look or main cast to suit any project. The workflow allows for stories of any length, as the LLM setup automatically separates each frame into its own individual node. This approach not only ensures a unified style and character presence throughout, but also gives teams full control to quickly adapt and expand storyboards as needed.
